At Negombo and on the San Montano Bay

The park has an arena of 1,700 animated places on summer evenings of classical music, pop music and jazz; They have performed among others, Miles Davis and Mireille Mathieu, Tina Turner and Ray Charles, Arbore and Baglioni, Dalla and Morandi, Paolo Conte and Francesco De Gregori, Stefano Bollani and Massimo Ranieri, Pino Daniele and George Benson. The arena is also home to RAI evenings and conferences.
In one of the promontories of the bay of San Montano stands La Colombaia, beloved residence and retreat of Luchino Visconti. The bay itself has been the scene of the famous sea scenes films including Cleopatra and The Island Corsaro Verde. On the evening of May 16, the bay turns on the lights for the landing of Santa Restituta: a charming and ancient folk ritual that attracts a festive crowd of locals and tourists. Around the pools or in the halls of the restaurant, the Negombo organizes festive ceremonies, nuptials and galas.
